Register
Create an account, confirm your phone number and pay the deposit stated on the listing.

Bid
Enter an amount, or your maximum. The engine bids for you only as far as it needs to lead.

Result
When the auction closes the winner is notified and we book the notary appointment.
Rules of this auction
- You may leave a maximum. The engine bids up to it on your behalf, always the lowest amount that leads.
- A bid placed less than 3 minutes before the end extends the auction by another 3 minutes.
- Below the reserve price the seller is not obliged to sell.
